Marta Führich has over 20 years of experience in M&A consulting and strategy consulting.
Prior to joining goodpoint, she worked in the M&A teams of PwC, Arthur Andersen, and EY. There, she successfully advised medium-sized and large companies, publicly traded corporations, and PE investors in various industries on numerous M&A transactions, guiding the development and implementation of their strategies.
Since the founding of goodpoint in 2012, she has focused on combining M&A with value-adding consulting.
Marta Führich studied Economics at FU Berlin with a focus on International Trade, Financing, and Strategic Management.

Janet Lemcke has over 20 years of experience in coaching, personnel, and process consulting.
Before joining goodpoint in 2016, she worked for Accenture, Siemens, and the Shenyang Machine Tool Group. Additionally, she advised numerous entrepreneurs and companies on change projects, especially in personnel management and organizational development.
At goodpoint, she is responsible for value enhancement activities.
Janet Lemcke holds an M.Sc. in International Management, is a certified systemic coach, and studied in Berlin, Rome, and Oxford.

Marco Schramm has 5 years of experience in M&A consulting and strategy consulting.
Before joining the goodpoint team in 2019, he completed his studies with an M.Sc. in Business Administration. His study focuses were organizational and personnel management, as well as strategic management and finance.
As an athlete and club official, he excels in strong team and organizational skills.

Anja Rosenberger has more than 20 years of experience in coordination, organization, and administration.
Before joining goodpoint in 2016, she worked as a team and executive assistant in the M&A departments of Arthur Andersen and EY.
At goodpoint, she coordinates the activities and supports the value enhancement activities.
She obtained her degree as a hotel manager at the Steigenberger Berlin hotel.
Our Fellows complement our team with expertise in executive coaching, communication, and software when needed.
Jasmine Borhan
Fellow for executive coaching, strategic communication, stakeholder dialogues, brand architecture, and CEO positioning.
Jasmine Borhan is the owner of Jasmine Borhan Strategic Communications and has worked for over 30 years in coaching, communication, marketing, and branding.
Her coaching focuses on crisis communication and strategic storytelling. Building intercultural bridges is also part of her work.
Before her coaching career, she held various leadership positions at multinational companies such as Daimler, Deutsche Telekom, Bosch, Bertelsmann, and Philips.
Dirk Ritters
Fellow for software and cloud architecture, digital business models, and technical due diligence with a focus on software and digital business models.
Dirk Ritters has over 20 years of experience in software development, developing and implementing digital business models, and improving software and IT processes.
He is the managing director of our partner company Mediacoders Kiel GmbH.
Additionally, Dirk serves as the Chief Digital Sales Officer at RTL Radio Deutschland.
CHRISTIAN MATSCHKE
Fellow for brand, corporate, and product communication.
Christian Matschke has 35 years of experience in brand, corporate, and product communication.
He supports companies in developing scalable business models and communicating them to their stakeholders.
Before his consulting career, he held leadership positions at Deutsche Bank Group, ProSieben Media AG, Roland Berger & Partner, and German media startups, focusing on building new products.
